In Cfp-interest 2305 and 2313:

 8) Note that the current C2X draft is still n2596.pdf.

but n2731.pdf has been available for several weeks:

  http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n2731.pdf

and still says "ISO/IEC 9899:202x".

So, what's the actual status?
