[Cfp-interest 2308] correctly rounded mathematical functions

       Hi,

I'd like to inform you that we have officially started the CORE-MATH project,
whose aim is to provide open-source correctly rounded mathematical functions
that can be integrated into the different mathematical libraries available
(GNU libc, Intel Math library, AMD LibM, Newlib, OpenLibm, Musl, Apple libm,
llvm-libc, CUDA libm, ROCm):

The ultimate goal is that the end-user of these libraries will have some day
access to correctly rounded functions (either as "cr_sin" or "sin").
