For the WG14 2020/11 meeting, here is a summary of what happened with our 
papers. Note there was very little discussion and all papers basically 
flew through.

N2579: C2X proposal - TS 18661-3 annex update 2
  Not discussed since superseded by N2601. See discussion for N2601 below.

N2586: Footnote about sufficient formatting precision
  Straw poll: Should N2586 go into C23?
    13/0/3.
    N2586 goes into C23.

N2600: Revised N2559 update for IEC 60559 2020
  Straw poll: Put N2600 into C23?
    16/0/3.
    N2600 goes into C23.

N2601: C2X proposal - TS 18661-3 annex update 3
  Accepted as is.

N2602: C2X proposal - Edits for infinity and NaN macros
  Joseph: N2617 D#_ -> DEC_ applies.

  Straw poll: Put N2602 into C23 with the prefix updates to DEC_?

    Put N2602 into C23 with the prefix updates to D#_ -> DEC_.

N2580: DFP triples
  David S: The C convention with +1 = positive, and -1 being negative, is 
it documented anywhere?
    Fred: Yes, in 5.2.4.2.2#2.
  Alex: This is not changing the C convention?
    Fred: Yes, correct. Not changing C. Just a clarification.
