This:

(Decimal floating types are a conditional feature that implementations
need not support; see 6.10.8.3.)

should be added to 6.2.5#11.

There is a problem with 7.12 <math.h> in that the decimal types and
macros make no mention of them being conditional; which differs from
5.2.4.2.3#1.
