Not having received any further comments, I'll remove the change bars from my working copy and add in a correction for the copysign typo Fred reported. I'll leave the currently posted documents (with the change bars), on the wiki, in case some of you want to look at them some more.

I'll be out of the country, and without access to our working drafts, until Jan 29, though do expect to have email via phone.
