[Cfp-interest] Part 2 update posted

I posted to the CFP wiki and update for Part 2 that includes the changes agreed to at our November meeting and several changes discussed in recent email. Note that the new words for tgmath are not in the draft yet - refer to 11/26/12 email as mentioned in the agenda. Note also that change bars are still on changes we discussed and approved last time (as well as on more recent changes).
