[Cfp-interest] DFP: binary -> non-decimal

In section 9.4 (PDF page 14), there is around line 20:

 calling existing libraries written for binary floating point arithmetic, 

Seems it would be more general to say

 calling existing libraries written for non-decimal floating point arithmetic, 

I am thinking of IBM S/360 Hex FP.

PDF page 38 in Table 2 has:
 exact conversion from binary floating type
 inexact conversion from binary floating type

Should 'binary' there also be changed to 'non-decimal'
