[Cfp-interest] Two versions of DFP document

I've thought about it some. I'd have to start over with the template and copy in the old TR piece by piece. Unfortunately, this isn't the way I started, so I don't have an early draft (in the template) that's much like the old TR.

I'll talk to John about what he thinks is needed.
