I'm pleased to announce that, as of 1-Aug-2015, the bibliography of
floating-point arithmetic has new coverage of all papers in the two
most recent ARITH'nn conferences, as well as papers in all previous
conferences in that series, which began in 1969 (first published in
1970).

The bibliography is available at

        http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/fparith.bib
        http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/fparith.html

The two are identical in a Web browser, except that the .html form has
live hyperlinks, and the .bib form can be saved for use with BibTeX.

There are also mirrors of the Utah bibliography archives at

	http://www.netlib.org/bibnet/
	http://www.netlib.org/tex/bib/

although they may sometimes be a few days behind the master site.

There is an SQLite3 database for the bibliography at

        http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/fparith.db

permitting construction of complex SQL search expressions to find
particular entries, and output them, or more commonly, subsets of
their data, in various formats and sort orders. SQLite3 is
highly-portable public-domain software, and its database files are
O/S, CPU, and byte-order independent, and it requires no other SQL
server or client software, so you can just run it from a command line
with

	sqlite3 fparith.db

The bibliography now has almost 6000 entries, the oldest from 1726
(newly added, with thanks to Milos Ercegovac for his ARITH'22 talk on
22 June 2015 in Lyon, France).

ARITH'22 conference participants were given a DVD with PDF files of
all of the 2015 papers. However, the IEEE Xplore database does not
have any of the ARITH'22 papers online, so the DOI values in the
BibTeX entries do not yet resolve. I expect that problem will be
resolved in the next month or so.

P.S. There is a publicly-accessible archive of all papers from ARITH'1
to ARITH'19 at

	http://www.acsel-lab.com/arithmetic/

However, I do not know if there are plans to add files there for
ARITH'20, '21, and '22.
