[Numeric-interest] Availability of libmcr and libultim

Numeric-interest,

I am trying to locate the opensource Sun libmcr [1] and IBM Accurate
Portable Math Library [2].  These libraries are widely cited in
publications regarding correctly rounded elementary functions.  However,
the canonical download links no longer work, even through archive.org.

Does anyone on this list know where else these libraries might be
available?  Does anyone have a copy they can share with me?
