numeric 1988 floating-point indoctrination lecture notes

At one time lecture notes in LaTeX format were prepared for most of
the 1988 Floating-point Indoctrination Lectures given by W. Kahan at
Sun Microsystems.    I've only been able to find a few in machine-readable
form, which I will try to put on my website... namely lectures 1-4,6,7.
 
Anybody who has somehow retained the original machine-readable forms of 
the other lecture notes (probably the original note-takers), please get
in touch with me so I can add them to the website.

There was a vast array of other material distributed, particularly of
small research notes, of which a few may be preserved in some form (usually
substantially updated) at Prof. Kahan's website.
