Dear colleague,
This is to inform you that the Arithmetic Symposia have now a
permanent home on the web, on the IEEE computer Society page at: 
http://computer.org/conferen/home/arith

This web page will, from now on, provide information about future
ARITH conferences, Special Issues (the next one is planned for
May 2000 with a Sept. 1, 1999 submission deadline) etc. 
You will also find there links to the program for ARITH'14, 
registration form, hotel information and so on.
The program page will include the full text of the papers to be 
presented.
You may still look up the ARITH'14 web page at:
http://www.ecs.umass.edu/ece/arith14
where you will find further information about the symposium.

I wish to encourage you to participate in ARITH'14 which includes,
in addition to a great technical program, an outstanding social program.
