			       ARITH 12

	      12th IEEE Symposium on Computer Arithmetic

	       Bath, England : July 19 - July 21, 1995

			   CALL FOR PAPERS

Authors are invited to submit papers describing recent advances on all
aspects of computer arithmetic, including, but not restricted to the
following topics:

	Foundations of number systems and arithmetic;

	Arithmetic processor design and implementation;

	Arithmetic algorithms and their analysis;

	Highly parallel arithmetic units and systems;

	New floating-point chips, boards and systems;

	Standards for number representation and arithmetic;

	Impact of high level languages on arithmetic systems;

	Special function implementation; and

	Reliability and testability of arithmetic systems.

Four (4) copies of the complete paper should be submitted to one of
the three Program Chairs no later than December 15, 1994.  In
addition, information about the paper (title, authors(s) and topic)
should be sent, either by e-mail to willyahpl.hp.com, or by FAX to
William H. McAllister, Hewlett Packard, (415)852-8502.  Authors will
be notified of acceptance in March 1995, and final camera ready
papers (up to 8 pages) will be due in April 1995.  Conference
proceedings will be available at the symposium.
