validgh shutdown

Due to an unfortunate coincidence of my vacation and the landlord 
subdividing my office space, validgh may be shut down part or most of the
time in the period 28 Jun - 15 Jul.   If that happens, then numeric-interest
will be even quieter than usual.   
Mail may even bounce back from uunet if validgh is
down long enough.    I regret the inconvenience, but I just learned about
the construction work today.
