There will be a meeting Monday evening at the NCEG meeting in N.Y.,
of the "complex type" subgroup. The goal is to clearly define the
differences between Jim Thomas' proposal (93-012) and the Cray Research
proposal (92-075), and to see if we reach a consensus on the direction
this subgroup should pursue. The results will be presented he next day
to the full committee. It appears that the focus of the subgroup meeting
is on deciding whether a new imaginary type is needed.

I've arranged with the meeting host, Frank Farance of Farance Inc., for
a meeting room on Monday evening. The exact time and room location will
be given Monday during the regular full committee.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
