until mid-week.

Since there is a very full agenda for the subgroup that contains the LIA
work, only a portion of the week will be devoted to LIA discussions.  I
am the chairman of this subgroup and my current thoughts are to not
start the the LIA discussion until Wednesday afternoon and running all
day Thursday.
