Array manipulation... want info on existing X3J11.1 work in this area.

Greetings.

I've just come up with an idea for an "array" extension feature which
(I think) could be easily integrated into C and/or C++.

Now before make a fool of myself in public (by touting my half-cooked idea)
it seems like it would be good if I at least *looked* at the work that
X3J11.1 has done in this area already.

Unfortunately, all I have is a list of "official" X3J11.1 documents, and
I have no idea which ones are directly relevant or how I should go about
obtaining the ones which *are* relevant.

Anybody care to tell me which documents I should read?  Anyone care to
tell me how to obtain those documents?

Is there any sort of automated repository for X3J11.1 documents from which
I could obtain one or more documents of interest to me (without having
to ask other human beings to physically mail them to me)?
