Sub-group meetings?

If you are the leader of an NCEG subgroup and will require meeting
space for an evening meeting, please tell me what your requirements
will be as soon as possible.  We will make sure that space is available
for all subgroup meetings, however, having early notice of the requirement
will increase chances of getting space at the hotel (as opposed to
at CONVEX offices).
