will follow this mail separately.  Note that sites which limit email to
less than 200K bytes will not be able to receive the program; sites that
limit email to less than 165K bytes did not receive the corresponding report
that I sent yesterday.  Maybe somebody with FTP capability will want to set
these files up for distribution in that way.

To get the report in postscript form, uudecode and uncompress.
To get a tar file for the programs and results, uudecode and uncompress.

For those whose mail bounced yesterday,
