To reinforce what Tom said,
all mail to ncegacray.com goes to numeric-interestavalidgh.com.

1)
If you are on both lists, you will get two copies of everything submitted
to ncegacray.com.

2)
If you are on ncegacray.com only, you will get one copy of everything 
submitted to ncegacray.com 
and nothing submitted to numeric-interestavalidgh.com.

3) 
If you are on numeric-interestavalidgh.com only, you will get one copy of
everything submitted to ncegacray.com and one copy of everything submitted
to numeric-interestavalidgh.com.
These won't overlap unless somebody explicitly sends the same thing to both
lists.

If you are unhappy with your present arrangement, sent a note describing
what you're getting vs. what you want to get and send it to 
numeric-interest-requestavalidgh.com.
When appropriate I'll pass the request on to tamacray.com.

There presently isn't any way to get submissions to 
numeric-interestavalidgh.com only without getting submissions to ncegacray.com.
Although it's hard to imagine how one could find the one interesting without
the other, and the volume of ncegacray.com discussion has been very low
except very recently, if enough people request I will figure out a way to do it.
Send such requests to numeric-interest-requestavalidgh.com.

I've added "numeric-interestavalidgh.com" to the NCEG Email distribution
facility.  If this becomes a problem for anyone please let David or I know
about it and we will try to solve the problem.
 
For instance, you may want to be removed from "ncegacray.com" because you
will receive it through "numeric-interestavalidgh.com" anyway.
