Improving Floating-Point Programming

I have just received an ad for this title, edited by Peter Wallis.
It's available from Wiley for $70.  Judging from the contents
listing, it appears to be an introduction to use of the 
exact scalar product techniques
of Kulisch et. al.  Hopefully it avoids gratuitous abstraction.
The fact that Wallis is listed as an editor rather than author
suggests that the style and level of the chapters may be uneven
in the usual way of compendiums.  The ad didn't mention that it
was a conference proceedings, however. ISBN 0471-92437-7
