long long int

X3J11 listed long long signed and unsigned int as a common extension;
Sun will be implementing it eventually.   One question that I don't
know the answer to:  is there any common convention for the printf/scanf
formats for long long?  Candidates that I have heard mentioned include
 %ll %L %R
all modifying [dux].  Has any one convention been implemented in two
or more distinct libraries?
