[Granville-Hough] Sullivans of Sullivan's Hollow: Cousins, Friends, and Neighbors

I've been asked whether there is a source for paper copies of the book
Sullivans of Sullivan's Hollow: Cousins, Friends, and Neighbors
by Maxine Watts and Granville Hough.    I don't know of any, and I don't
know how many copies were ever printed.

If not, I have a number of files which appear to be source files for 
that book.    I could make those available over the web for whoever wants
them, but first I would like to know if anybody would object to that.
