Subject: Military Wisdom - 13 Nov 2009
Granddaughter Susanna Hough sent me a nice greeting for Veteran's Day,
and it is enclosed:
Happy Veteran's Day!
Well, I'm not sure if "Happy" is the right phrase, because it isn't the
same sort of holiday as a birthday or Christmas, but I'm thinking of you
and the other soldiers who have served this country today as I go to
school and enjoy the freedoms of being an American.
Thanks!
~Susanna
