SPRING WIND

The wind blew out of the south,
Mussing my hair, caressing my cheek and
Temptingly whispering, “Climb over the hills
 And see what lies beyond.”
 I never went to see
But I always wished I had.

------------------------------------------------

It reminded me of a haiku that a College of Charleston student
wrote many years ago and I carry around with me all the time:

Last Haiku

 I begin to die
 Life passes before my eyes
 Is that all I did?

  -- Lin Luttrell

I just want to give it to all those people who only watch tv and videos...

Thanks for keeping me on the list! Teri Lynn Herbert
