to address what bothers you: Ultra-conservative Supreme Court Appointees
like Clarence Thomas (Scalia, Rehnquist and others who may be appointed
by George W.) are likely to interpret the law in their favor. More
centrist presidents, even liberals like Kerry, would more likely appoint
less doctrinaire judges thereby preventing unfair US immigration and visa
