<DIV>Good morning!</DIV>
<DIV><BR>I am rejoining the GOCAMINO webgroup, finally!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I departed Ste. Jean on April 29th and reach Santiago on May
28th. It was my first Camino and for me it was the experience of a
lifetime! </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I enjoyed the Camino blister-free (I wore Sauconny running shoes the entire
way!) and had to part with them at the end! The last few days were spent
walking through alot of cow manure! I had three days to rest and
recover in Santiago, although I felt the walking never ended, there was so much
to see and do! The euphoria of making it there, all in one peice, after
many trying days has continued on, despite some plantar fascitis. I
suffered a small amount in comparison to some of the fellow pilgrims I met
along The Way.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>As soon as I arrived in England via Toronto, Canada, I instantly hooked up
with other pilgrims, two of which I was blessed to walk the entire way
with!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The sheer amount of people we had met along The Way and reunited with in
Santiago was overwhelming, people you shared a tea with, or gave a band-aid to,
met in a refugio, etc. all remembered each other. It was like living in
another world or reality for 5 ++ weeks!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Its great to be back! I do feel as though I have changed, I hope that
the lessons I learned on my Camino stay with me for a lifetime - I can hardly
wait to walk again!</DIV>
