to e mails just by hitting "reply" rather than sending the e mail directly to
the person making the inquiry.<BR><BR>As I remember, there was a huge "all
URL" discussion going on when the system crashed in the spring. I don't
know if there is a connection, but it seems like a good idea to remember the
etiquette of this URL and reply directly to the "asker" rather than to the
