<DIV>In May '03 I especially remember the wild red poppies on the Meseta. Also growths of yellow and white wild flowers. For walkers the Meseta into Mansilla never ends. For us on a bicycle, it was wonderful and flat. We kept saying "We aren't in Kansas any more" but it sure looked like it as we flew down the roads paralleling the walking path (which is lined with trees, Poplars if I remember correctly.)</DIV>
