<DIV>Howard, People endeavor upon the Camino for many different reason's and silence is certainly one of them. I'm sure you know this already! Why feel sorry for people, when the quest that they are on, has nothing to do with interaction. Merely the silent dance with the soul, the camino, and all the beauty in between. Finally, who says you can't enjoy all the different people of the world, through silence! Perhaps, stillness, is actually experiencing the true flavor of a soul!
