<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The Camino IS diverse. Walk it if you
want to walk it, but leave the quotas back at home. You will meet
wonderful people from both sides of the equator, from all continentents, from
all parts of the world. You will hear many different languages, and you
should learn and profit and grow from every person you encounter. You
can rest assured that if people along the camino do not like you, it is
because of YOU, not because of any hue of skin color. One other
thing, if you have the attitude that "the Basques are a mean lot", I
suggest that you commence your pilgrimage to Santiago at the 100 km
marker, as far away from Basquelandia as possible, and walk due west to
Santiago. That way you will stand a lesser chance of encountering any
Basque people. </FONT></DIV>
