While it is not a topographic map sensu strictu, there is a quite decent map for the route at http://www.aucoeurduchemin.org/etape1.htm .

Aucoeurduchemin http://www.aucoeurduchemin.org/ from Association des Amis du Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle Pyrenees Atlantiques (sorry, typing this on a computer with limited ability to deal in languages other than english) is a fantastic site for anyone planning to begin their walk in France on either the St. Jean-Roncesvalles or the Ololorn-Somport routes. The site is in French but anyone with a good French-English dictionary should be able to use much of it.

If you must have a topographic map, IGN, http://www.ign.fr the French national mapping agency, sells excellent topographic maps available at almost every bookstore in the regions covered by the maps and undoubtedly available at one of the bookshops in St. Jean.
