<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Another thing that is important to remember beside jet lag (which I think is the worst) is that in the airplanes we usually are provided with less oxygen than we are used to getting in regular bases. And many times also, because they re-circulate the air for so many hours, there is real possibility of getting sick (cold, flu) during the trip or our immune system can get "tired" and weaken. I almost always get a cold when I take a plane I have been in a hurry for doing things immediately upon arrival to a new place and that hasn't been a great idea. Different people reacts differently to these events and jet lag is always more complicated when traveling towards the East. I think taking from 2 to 4 days before starting, if one has the time, is a good idea. And if there is no much time and one wants to!
start the walk immediately, I think is a good idea not to walk more than 18-20 km the first 2 days.</SPAN></P>
