<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><FONT SIZE=2 FAMILY="SANSSERIF" FACE="Arial" LANG="0">Just wondering if anyone has the recipes for either of these favorites from the Camino- La Tarta Santiago y el Caldo Gallego. Also the berza that is used in the caldo - any idea what we would call that plant? You've seen it in Galicia growing in every garden plot along the camino. A kale-like green leaf atop a 5-6 ft stalk. A farmer even gave me some seeds but I hardly think they'll thrive in a Michigan climate!<BR>
