No. Not on the Arles route. In 2000, there were a few facilities that were
available to pilgrims, but they were very unlike Spain. At this time there
is no reason to establish any, since there are very few pilgrims on that
route. For over 400 miles I met only 5 pilgrims. For a good narrative of
