<DIV>Hi...I could really use some advice. I'm planning to walk the Camino this summer. I can take up to 7 weeks for the trip.I want to book my flight in the next week and need to give a date for the return flight. I'm not sure how many days I should schedule to walk from St Jean-Pied-de-Port all the way to Finisterre. I am 45 years old and am in good shape. I have guide books from the Confraternity of Saint James and numerous books about the Camino. I've read some scenarios where people have taken anywhere from 30 to 40days to walk from St J to Santiago. I'd really appreciate the advice of those who have walked the path before. If you were to walk the Camino again, from St J to Finisterre, how many days would you prepare for? Also, I'm flying in from the United States. Do you think it would be easier to get to St J if I fly into Madrid or Paris? I look forward to hearing your suggestions. !
