<DIV><SPAN class=940174721-27032002><FONT face=Arial size=2>Since I obsessed and
researched the sleeping bag dilemma so completely, I thought I'd share the
results for anyone who is looking. I agree with those who say that, at
least for a spring, summer, or fall walk, a heavy bag is not necessary. In
May 2000, I had a nice sierra designs bag that was warm, not too heavy, but very
bulky. Since cutting the size of my pack for my May Camino this year has
been paramount in my mind, I resolved to get a tiny bag. I think the
two best I found were a Lafuma Warm 'n Light at <A

a snugpak travelpak 650 at <A

. In the end, I opted for the snugpak, because its zipper is full rather
than half length. This bag appears not to be readily available in the
U.S. I ordered it from "The Gorge Outdoors", VAT excluded for
international delivery and a 6 or 7 pound air mail shipping fee. I got it
in one week. Buen camino, Laurie</FONT></SPAN></DIV></BODY></HTML>
