The following URL has a listing of Cybercafes along the Camino. Based on a walk last October, the list is not complete or absolutely up-to-date, but it gives a good sample. Based on my experience, cybercafes are more common after Burgos (where there is a surprising death of such places for a city of that size). In general, as someone has already noted, a cafe is usually available at least every 2-3 days. In addition to cybercafes, try public libraries as they are cooperative and free, though one is usually limited to 30 minutes.
