<P>A polite disagreement on boots. I am in the midst of my second camino, in Astorga after starting in Somport, and I swear by ECCO (danish made). I wore a pair on my first camino, have worn them trekking in elsewhere in Europe, Asia, and South America and am wearing another pair now, and they are wonderful! I have had no foot problems other than a little soreness from walking with a 11 kg pack for 28 or more km per day. Unless and until the brand changes its lasts, ECCOs are my boot of choice.</P>
