<BR>threatening. Both times I was able to stare them down while holding my
<BR>walking stick pointing directly at them. The second occasion there were
<BR>three dogs, so they had me worried for a bit but fortunately the shepard
<BR>showed up and called them off. Another good reason for having a stout
