After some net searching, apparently answered my own question...
Per the SNCF TER Aquitane schedules page, <http://www.ter.sncf.com/aquitaine/depliant/recherche>,
line 62, Bayonne-SJPdP, no longer shows train to "autocar" transfer for Cambo-les-Bains to SJPdP starting on
November 22 - only train the entire way!  :-)
