Renee, it might just be that it is too early to book a room yet.  Many of
the hotel booking sites will say 'no rooms available' if it is too early.
Let me know your planned schedule and I will send you some links to private
rooms in private albergues, pensions etc.
Or you could walk from Ourense on the Via de la Plata,
