Via another Camino newsgroup I learned of the recovery of the Codex Calixtinus and the arrest in a Santiago suburb of 4, including an electrician who works for the cathedral, as suspects in the theft. The news is very good indeed, for the document seems to have suffered no damage. All too often when important documents are stolen, they are broken into pages, and the pages are then sold individually and dispersed. That makes full recovery nearly impossible.
