[Gocamino] [saintjames] El Camino items

One of my South African trained hospitaleras served at Santo Domingo in
August (and another in Najera) and she was confused by the Confradia members
insisting that the hospitaleros collect more donations from the pilgrims.
On the one hand we teach our hospitaleros that the donativo box has nothing
to do with them and that they must not tell pilgrims how much to put in the
box (even if they ask) and then you have the Confradia telling them to make
the pilgrims put more in the box!
