[Gocamino] Questions about the Camino

We are planning to walk the last segment of the Camino in September, 2011. 
 My family will be vacationing in Barcelona and my daughter and I will 
stay on for another week to do the segment from Sarria to Santiago.  We 
are celebrating our birthdays - my 60th, her 30th.  Even though we have 
done quite a bit of international travel, I am a little anxious about 
tackling this adventure on our own.   I am not interested in going with a 
tour group but I would like to know if anyone knows of any inexpensive 
guides who might help coordinate the walk or if anyone knows of a good , 
reputable organization that is not about charging for a more luxurious 
trip but could just provide some guidance, and maybe assist with meals and 
moving baggage.  Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
