[Gocamino] Queary about the "Fisterra" and the "Muxiana" from a pilgrim

Good Morning!
I am walking the Camino Fisterra in April....starting in Santiago and ending in 
Santiago.  I have been doing some reading about the Fisterra and the Muxiana.  I 
am a bit confused and maybe you can help me out.  Am I entitled to receive both 
compostelas if I am just beginning my walk from Santiago?  Or am I required to 
walk a certain distance before Santiago?
