[Gocamino] mail drops/care packages?

Thanks for that great list, Grant.
When I've mailed packages to myself in Santiago, the postmaster told me to put Santiago as my return address also.  That way they had nowhere else to send the package, and held it a bit longer.  I've only tried this from within Spain.
