By now you all know that Georgiana Goddard King's Way of St.James is available, all three volumes, on line.

It is also reprinted and available in three volumes, thanks to Pilgrim's Process who scanned a pristine copy of the 
books (copyright expired) and made it available for those you prefer to hold the books they read and have them on their shelves.

I've seen it and it's delightful.  Ms. King was astute and learned...her descriptions are in depth and accurate and quite charming in a victorian
sort of way...remember she was a contemporary and friend of Edith Wharton and Gertrude Stein....
