Bob: I think this info could be useful for anyone:

I get on my scale to weigh myself, then load up with EVERYHTHING I will
carry and get on the scale again to see the difference. Easier for me than a
spreadsheet.

Don¹t forget to put your morning pill in your front pocket each day so you
don¹t have to unsaddle/unload/unpack to get at it.
