[Gocamino] backpack45.com/camino2 link banned from AmericanPilgrims.com links

Thanks to Miriam, who pointed out that my Camino pages say "Home of Shepherd
Canyon Books" in the image at the top of the page. That's been there since
day 1 of the website, so I've become oblivious to it. I've now updated the
Camino pages to say "Backpack45's Camino de Santiago Information", which I
hope is less controversial.
